"Sent the wrong part not once but 2 times. When I called the answer was just "We don't have the part you needed" I didn't get an email or anything to indicate this. Instead they just kept sending me the wrong parts. So we still cant use our vacuum after 2+ weeks of these guys screwing around. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. And just as a side note the customer service is outsourced so there's really nothing you can even do. They just read you the script and tell you to have a nice day."
