Welcome to the practice of Jerome C. Andres, MD, a dedicated and highly respected family medicine physician located at 7300 Porter Road, Niagara Falls, New York. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Dr. Andres is deeply committed to serving his community with the highest standard of medical care.
Dr. Andres graduated summa cum laude from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences/Biology and earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo. With extensive training and experience, he is board certified in family medicine and has served in various prestigious roles in the medical field. These include his time as Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Clinical Director of the Tuscarora Reservation Health Center.
A valued member of the medical staff at Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, NY, Dr. Andres has also contributed significantly to medical education as a member of the clinical faculty at the Jacobs School of Medicine, University of Buffalo. His excellence in teaching has been recognized with the Siegel Award, and he has been named a Family Medicine “Top Doctor” by Buffalo Spree magazine.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Andres has served as a flight surgeon in the Air Force, achieving the rank of Lt. Colonel, and as Team Physician for Niagara University’s Division I Men’s basketball team for over 20 years. A strong advocate for education, he serves on the Board of the Youngstown Free Library and has been a member of the school board for the Lewiston Porter school district.
Dr. Andres resides in Youngstown, NY, with his wife Claudia and their six children. In his free time, he enjoys history, gardening, sailing, and music, playing guitar and bass in local bands. A passionate supporter of local sports teams, Dr. Andres brings the same dedication and enthusiasm to his patients as he does to his personal interests.
