STAP is committed to reducing the risk of infection from HIV, Hepatitis C, and other blood-borne illnesses. Our Prevention Points program provides a crucial service by exchanging new sterile syringes for used ones, particularly benefiting injection drug users.
Through our Health Homes program, we offer personalized care management and coordination for individuals dealing with various chronic conditions, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support they need.
