"The root of all evil!"

"Called the Clerk's office in the morning to verify that they're open until 4pm (no lunch break to work around, thankfully!). I stopped by around 3pm with an application (which I'd downloaded online from their website) for a copy of my birth certificate. The young woman who helped me was kind, courteous, and efficient. Note that it's $10/copy if paying by cash or check, but there's an extra fee (of a few dollars) if paying with a card. I'm pleased to report that I was in and out in under 5 minutes!"

"Went in for a marriage license (traveling from MA) and the entire office was super sweet and helpful. Couldn't have had dreamed of a better experience! Beautiful town hall with smart helpful staff. ✨❤️✨"

"Do not recommend for Marriage License at Town Hall. Ms. Marjorie Jaeger needs an attitude adjustment. Construction on Main St. made it impossible to find a parking spot, and then with the re routed traffic took forever to park in the rear parking lot. According to Ms. "Snippy" Marjorie, I should have arrived earlier. I arrived at 3:55, and apparently that wasn't enough time for them to process my Marriage License so my request was denied. Ms. "Snippy" Marjorie, was beyond friendly..not sure if she was having a bad day, but was a hell of a way to treat taxpayers. Mayor Kulpa was in the building at the same time and upon speaking with him, I expressed my disappointment, but since Ms. "Snippy" Marjorie is an elected position, there was nothing he could do. I firmly believe that it's not a matter of her staff not being able to facilitate my request, it's that they didn't want to. Due to my encounter with Ms. Jaeger and Mayor Kulpa, I consider both of them USELESS waste of taxpayer money not doing their job(s) that they've been elected to do."
