"We had an awkward cast iron stove (with a difficult floor plan to work with) and wanted to remove it and install a gas insert fireplace. We shopped around for a few years and no one could really give us a plan on how to go about doing this. Highland not only gave us a plan but helped us to create a fireplace that looked like it had been built with the house. They matched the mantle legs to the original wood support posts of the stair railing in our 100 year old house. Their materials and workmanship are excellent! And the surprising thing was after having looked into doing this for a few years, they were not more expensive than their competitors-"
