"Dr. Laura Hamilton was a lifeline when we really needed her! My husband had a Pituitary Brain Tumor that bled and was causing excruciating pain and pressure. He was at very high risk for another bleed so it was recommended that he have brain surgery to have the tumor removed. Quickly he was set up with an neurologist, endocrinologist, ophthalmologist and ENT to develop a baseline of health and prepare for surgery. Two surgeries were cancelled because of his poor health condition. The medication side effects were contributing to his poor health, and requiring more medications. We felt we were on a downward spiral and the end wasn't looking good! We decided we needed to hire a new Primary Care Doctor. My husband was concerned at first about the price. She changed some of his medications and worked toward helping us eliminate ones that were harmful to his health. She was so thorough and spent so much time with each appointment. My husband was very excited to please her, and each visit was looking forward to sharing his improvements. After 6 months under Dr. Hamilton's care, my husband actually shrunk his tumor and was no longer recommended to have surgery. He is now back to work at a full-time job, and we are very grateful for her guidance and direction during such a challenging and terrifying time in our lives.
