"I came to this office 4 years ago. My baby was born premature and spent a week in the NICU in Syracuse. I seen Erin first and she was amazing and very helpful. I was so scared being a mom of a premature baby , but Erin helped me through. When ever i need an appointment because my baby is sick they always get me in. Everytime i walk into the office i always feel like we are cared about. BEST pediatrician office in cortland county. The front end staff are amazing. Dr. DJafari and Erin are wonderful. All the nurses are amazing. The lobby area and the rooms are always clean. I'm so glad I was able to get my baby in here Makes me feel good to come to a doctor's office that I know has wonderful employees and is so clean. Thank you Dr. Djafari, Erin, Jessica, Mellisa and Karen for being so wonderful. I'm sure I missed some of the other nurses names but this goes for all of you.❤️❤️"

"Love doctor Djafari and his staff. They always make it a priority to get my boys in asap( usually the same day). We have recently seen Erin a few times and she is especially wonderful to my boys! Her bedside manner is wonderful! Jessica is the best at giving shots and always makes my boys feel comfortable."

Dr. Djafari helped me better understand Covid and how it affects my kids. Erin has loved on my kids since they were little! She knows them and talks to them! "We’ve been going to this office for years! The staff is always friendly, Nurse Jessica knows her stuff and is the absolute BEST! Dr. Djafari is brilliant and always is able to figure out what is going on when others cannot! Their hours are flexible, always able to get sick kids in and even on weekends they have on call providers available. They also provide car seat checks for those that may not understand how to put them in properly."

"Currently looking for pediatricians accepting new patients due to just being denied medical care for my child. 3 years ago I had an incident with Erin because she profusely pushed the flu shot when I declined. She also proceeded to give me unsolicited parenting advice that I never asked for after repeatedly stating what I needed to do as a mother. So, I had made the choice to ask she not see my children due to the situation. We saw the doctor ever since. Today, my child needed to be seen (doctor out of office) and as any adult would, I chose to push through my discrepancies with her. My appointment was at 1:30. They just called to tell me that I need to take my child to convenient/urgent care because Erin doesn’t want to see her. My appointment has been canceled. I said you mean to tell me that a medical professional can deny my child care because of a personal issue that happened 3 years ago? “Yes ma’am”. Utterly disgusting!!"
