"I made an appointment, paid the 350.00 dollars, the money came out of my account, I show up for my appointment 20 minutes early, I head inside, and instantly I am greeted with a nasty attitude from the receptionist ASHLEY. “Can I help you in a nasty tone” I said I am here for my 8:30 appointment, “for what, again nasty time”. I say, DNA TEST. She didn’t ask my name, or nothing, just said that my appointment got cancelled. So I did what anyone else would do after they already spent 350.00 dollars, and asked the question why did it get cancelled. She said, “I don’t know, take it up with the people you scheduled your appointment with. I didn’t really like her tone or her answer as I was waiting for this appointment. I asked, was anything said why it got cancelled, she said, I told you I do t I ow, take it up with them. So I proceeded to show her my bank records stating that the money is out of my account and my schedule was for today at 8:30, she said, I do t care what your phone says, take it up with the people you scheduled your appointment With. I asked ASHLEY, what is you deal, why are you acting like that, I am just a concerned customer who spent 350.00 dollars and I’m just looking for answers, that’s all. She then, said get out of my office or I’m calling to cops. I said that is not necessary, why won’t you help me out with my questions. She said that’s it, I’m calling the cops. So I left. She acted that way with another customer sitting in the lobby, and kicked me out with my kid standing next to me. She acted unprofessional and should not be in charge of dealing with other people’s DNA, finger prints, etc.... I am very disappointed with this place."
