Established in 1972, FHN is the only healthcare provider in three of the five communities it serves, offering vital services such as sliding fee adjustments for low-income individuals and families in the Cortland County region.

Our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and user-friendly Patient Portal ensure that you have easy access to your health information. We accept all major health insurances, including Excellus, and offer a Sliding Fee Program for eligible patients.
