"My bf went to the ER tonight due to an injury on his hand his finger joint is swollen and painful. Staff didn't care and were laughing with each other the entire time and when they finally gave him the attention, they just claimed he punched something and didn't listen to what he said actually happened. His hand isn't even bruised it's freaking swollen. Staff there are idiots and we definitely won't be going back there due to the misdiagnosis. We will stick with the urgent care where we are treated better."

"On July 2, 2024 I went to the ER with horrible nausea and severe vomiting. I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and diabetic keto acidosis. The nurses and doctors were outstanding in their knowledge and bedside manners. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. I was transferred to ICU where I was again treated with excellence for three days. They were able to get me stable and eliminate the nausea and put me on insulin. The hospital food was pretty good with the exception of a few items. I am really impressed with Guthrie Cortland."

"Went several times for hip pain and wasn't taken seriously.. Quickly examined and discharged.. level 10 pain and was told I didn't present like I was in pain..had hip replacement..but, the delay in treatment made recovery harder. 45 days in rehab for what should have been same day surgery."

"This place is an absolute joke! Came up to visit my grandmother, in the hour I was here, my grandmother who needs a nurse to take her to the bathroom was left to pee on herself after hitting her callbell while about 15 or so nurses decided kareoke and music trivia was more fun than doing their job! While they had ONE nurse doing the job of 7! So here's a shout out to Laurie, who actually did her job! After watching about 8 call bells go off and no one responding, I am so glad she is getting discharged soon!"

"My mother was placed in the ICU where she was then placed under comfort care until she passed. It took several days before she was finally ready to move on. The nurses and staff were unbelievably accommodating, kind, and helpful. I could not have asked for a better staffing to be there at that time. I want to thank them for everything they did on behalf of myself and my family."
