"We had thought we had ordered a birthday bouquet online for our daughter who is attending school in the area. We ordered the day before her birthday, but unfortunately, I somehow did not complete the transaction. When I had not heard anything about a flower delivery from my daughter on her birthday, I called Petal Patch late in the day, near the end of business. The florist was so kind and so helpful. She immediately flew into action, and went out of her way to help me quickly do my transaction over the phone, then created the most beautiful bouquet, ever, and even delivered it personally to my daughter’s school campus! The flowers were stunning, and not only made my day, but my daughter’s day as well! I also love supporting local businesses, and Petal Patch delivers not only a personal touch (which you hardly see anymore) but a quality arrangement which is truly next level! "I like supporting local shops and privately owned businesses such as The Petal Patch. I called in an order on short notice for a floral arrangement prior to Mother’s Day. Tiffany, the owner of this establishment, answers the phone with a calm and soothing personable voice asking what she can provide for me on a given date and time. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted with a hello and a smile!  I received a fantastic floral arrangement of an absolutely beautiful bouquet of spectacular flowers. I would also like to mention that her Great Dane also greeted me on premises in the shop and knew I was a dog lover. Tiffany is a talented, creative, and kind designer. Her designs are unique, and she did such a great job on accommodating me for this last-minute request. Her amazing work is shown in the bouquet full of detail and gorgeous vibrant colors as she chose to place the best quality of fresh flowers together.
