"Awesome department from the officers I've met they've been nothing but professional. I visit North Tonawanda weekly and have no complaints about the town or the officers. Officers are very knowledgeable and easy to speak to, I learned alot from my conversations with them, unfortunately I didn't catch thier names which next time I will ve sure to do. Thank you for your service and dedication to the town of North Tonawanda."

"Officer Piziak answered a call made with witnesses around etc in which he sounds intoxicated. He was supposed to respond to a wellness check but calls back and says “Is there a bathroom being remodeled?” I said “what…?” He said it looks like there’s one downstairs. He then said he went there and knocked on the door and no one answered. How’d he see the inside of the house? There are blinds that are always shut completely. He told my friend to call her mother and when she tried to explain that she shouldn’t because her mother is abusive, she just wants to know if her brothers are okay. He slurred all of his words and then said “that’s your problem” and hung up. Erie county police officers have never done this nor sounded like that. There is also proof of him slurring his words."

"I've been dealing with an erratic and irrational ex wife for 7 years. I have had to call them several times to keep ridiculous situations from escalating and have also had them called on me many times for fabricated accusations. Every single time, every officer I have talked to has been extremely professional, courteous and patient. They always do their best to help me any way they can. This review is long overdue."
