Comfort not only has a quality product but their teams, from the salesmen to the work crew, hold themselves to an extremely high standard. Our Entry Door was in great shape but because we were so pleased with your work, we decided to upgrade it and drove out to your showroom to view various doors. With the help of Jeff, the salesman, we made the best decision for our front door. Comfort sent two teams to complete the installation. John and his crew did a quality job. Their work ethic is exceptional and they were meticulous with the installation. The upgrade was expensive but worth every penny. Thank you Comfort Windows & Doors!"

"I would highly recommend Comfort Windows & Doors. My experience right from the beginning with my Salesman - Bob, was fantastic. He has always answered my questions even well after the sale. They did a final inspection to make sure everything I ordered was correct. The doors came in quicker than promised and were installed. The installation crew was OUTSTANDING!! John, the superintendent, and his team, Mark, were professional, on time, and neat. I am looking forward to using them again in the future."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. 0(ZERO) STARS... Go elsewhere!. Customer service communication is atrocious. We had a saleman come OCTOBER 2023 and sell us a top of the line white framed window for install estimated for March/April 2024. They came in APRIL 2024 and the installer dropped the window and broke it. There resolution was to install a temporary black framed window which was 2 inches smaller (all of our window are white framed). Instead they continued the install and took out the broken panes of the window and put a piece of red tape on it the now single pane window and told us not to use it until a new window is produced. Received an email from their customer service stating it would take 22-24 WEEKS to produce another window. Another person called and said it would be 6-8 WEEKS. It's now JUNE 2024 and still haven't heard from anyone with updates and still can't use the window. Not to mention it's the first thing people see when driving up to the house. A big piece of red tape. I tried talking with someone about a significant amount of money off and no one has an answer. Almost a year to get a new window. STAY AWAY! We should've went with Wonder Window or really anyone else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Update 7/10/24: THEY responded that management will be in touch with me over a month ago so I sent an email last week saying someone would be in touch with me. This companies communication sucks. I paid almost $4000 for this window only for the entire process to take over 9 months and I never even received a receipt or signed anything saying the job was completed. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY."

"I hired this Company to do windows and siding for me last July. I chose this company for their reputation and reviews. What a mistake that was. First of all, the wait time for the work was 5 months, so I was already making payments on windows and siding I hadn't even received yet. Finally in November they came to do the windows. That went pretty well besides the fact that it was cold and one of their workers who couldn't even speak English damaged a piece of my casing on one of my windows. Comfort decided to remove him from the site after that and repaired the casing. Then in December, another subcontracting crew hired by Comfort came to do the siding. What a nightmare. They left a total mess of the worksite EVERYDAY without much cleanup. They left all the downspouts and gutters from the building at the end of my driveway and left for the night. Not in the greatest neighborhood, so I had to go out and move them all to the back of my property so they wouldn't be stolen and sold for scrap. They left practically full boxes of aluminum nails and let them dump in my driveway all over, which a nail grabber won't pickup. They left them all for me to pickup and I am still finding more to this day. They totally ruined my garden on the side of the house, and left my big bricks on the sidewalk all askew. I didn't want my tenants to trip on them when they got home from work, so I asked the crew, when I could find one who could actually speak English, to put the bricks back. I got the eye rolling thing, which I hate, but at least they moved them out of the way. To this day, that garden still needs work. The crew took it upon themselves to leave their trailer on the site at the end of the day in my driveway without even asking me and left. I have renters who have to park in the driveway, so needless to say it was cumbersome. I could actually go on about more of the things I was not happy with, but this is more important. Job is done, end of story? I think not. In January 2024, storm. The winds took the electical conduit pole off the front side of the building and was flapping in the wind for 4 days before they finally came and fixed it. Stressful, worried that if it fell, no power then for days? Not enough brackets or the right screws were put in to hold it. Now today, June 23rd 2024, not even 6 months after putting this siding on, winds at about 23 mph, the siding is coming off. Really????? Unfortunately, about 2 weeks ago I deleted the pictures I had on my phone of all of these things and more. But I do have plenty of witnesses who will corroborate that all these thing are all true and more. So if you want Comfort Windows and Doors to do work for you, don't worry. They will still charge you an arm and a leg to hire the cheapest, non english speaking, inconsiderate, incompetent, rude, pot smoking, (oh yeah, did I fail to mention that the crew was smoking pot on my sidewalk in the AM before they were to start working), crew they can get for YOU! Good luck!!! My next correspondence, the BBB. After that Attorney General? And I'm not stopping there. Can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds for this crappy siding job with poor workmanship. Good thing it warranted, because I am sure that if this much has gone wrong in this short period of time, I will be calling them a lot by the end of this year."

"I had my kitchen window and patio door replaced and am so pleased with the outcome! The workers, Joe and Felix did an amazing job. The new door was slightly smaller than the original door, but you wouldn’t know it from the finished job. Joe and Felix have great attention to detail and spent a lot of time making sure everything looked perfect! I would highly recommend Comfort Windows & Doors, as well as Joe and Felix!"
