"Construction in the lobby. Only one elevator is working. You must wait I line to get into the elevator. Give yourself at least an extra 15 minutes."

"Surprisingly had a great experience! After trying to get a hold of the consular in Atlanta with no success I tried this one. Scheduled a phone call appointment for the next day. The representative (Yair) called on the scheduled time and was amazing! He was patient, calm, and took all of his time to ensure I understand what I need to do. Great job!!"

"Everybody in the consulate is so helpful!! They are flexible, and taking care of my application with patience, and helping me with any questions/concerns I have. The Consul himself is extremely friendly as well, he was able to answer my questions directly. Overall, extremely nice experience, I have been here several times for visa applications, every time is a breeze. I understand some people who can not come to the Consulate are frustrated as nobody answers phones or emails. Let's be realistic, barely any Consulate answers phones or reply to emails fast (I did get my email replied in 2 days). I appreciate how this Consulate is flexible with each applicant's case. The only thing I have complain is the reception window. Maybe she was having a bad day. We took the number at the entry (somebody before us probably didn't take the number, and we took it), so we had no idea this number were called before we came. Apparently she was upset and took it on us. But even with this minor bad experience, I am still very satisfied with their service."

"Yes the office is nice and clean - but this place makes a joke out of you and themselves. Unprofessional and rude receptionists, not providing all the information you need and you end up coming again and again.. not answering phones or emails! Wasting your time making you wait in line for an hour and a half and then tell you it was a mistake.... Go home.. This office is an insulating joke."

"I always got a rapid express service. The renovated rooms and the system was working for me. Once I went only to prolong my passport and in no time I was out. The security check was longer than the service inside. Security measures are excellent! Once once while they check my passport they looked outside to monitor a suspicious van parked outside.
