"He re-glazed a tub and sink. We had to have him come back for noticeable dripping of the glaze. Then after one week installed, the glazed started to chip and come off in several areas. He came back to "fix" it. Instead of sanding down and re-glazing, he patched the areas and repainted. This left the surface discolored and uneven making the damaged areas more noticeable. When we complained he said our money would be refunded. After several attempts to contact him about the poor work and not receiving the refunded promised, he does not respond. The sink has been in our family for over 100 years and now is ruined because of his lack of knowledge about the process, customer expectations and cannot back his work. The sink was intended to be the highlight and focus of our new kitchen, now it is an embarrassment! DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!"
