We had a tight timeline (6 months) as we needed to move in before school started. "I closed on a house and before moving in wanted to do renovation before we moved and decided to work with Vlad @ Build-Pro. He was a referral from someone I met at a tile-store and she bragged about his work. I decided to take my chance out of the hundreds of them out there. He’s extremely responsive, a great professional from contract execution to skilled workmanship. I handed him the keys and let him go at it.
