"We had a leak develop and when I called my insurance company, within 10 minutes I had a phone call from True Restorations saying they would be on the way. Elias showed up, found the leak, and within hours my leaking pipe was fixed and my mitigation was scheduled the next day. John, Jesse, Dave & Will removed my laminate flooring and affected drywalls and dried everything out before any other damage happened. I could not believe how fast, efficient and clean everything was done. They also followed up with numerous phone calls to make sure everything went ok and if I needed anything else they were there to help. "The Adaptation Cruise Control software in my car malfunctioned and activated while parked in front of my house in North Bellmore, with my foot on the brake; the car crashed into the house with me in it. True Restorations was recommended by a friend and Louis Rodriguez was first on site within an hour of the accident. Mr. Rodriguez and the True Restorations mitigation crew were able to have temporary repairs done within days so we could safely move back in the house until permanent repairs were completed. Once details were worked out with our insurance company, Vinny met with us and introduced us to the crew for the next phase, as well as went step-by-step through the process so we knew what to expect. Steve managed the process of repairs and the crew, kept us well informed and helped keep the entire process as stress free as possible, especially since I work from home several days a week. Frank and Steve were here alternately to meet with the inspector and ensure everything was up to par before the inspections. When I needed to ask a question, I would reach out to Corey at the office and she was always helpful and professional. The work was completed on schedule and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend True Restorations."

"We used true restorations for our basement renovation after we had some water damage from the storm in September. I first met with Vinny who was a pleasure to speak with to go over what needed to be done. Then I met with Steve who was wonderful to speak with. He was very thorough when he explained everything that was going to be done and when, during our walk through. During the process I felt as if he was a friend that I was working with, he also made sure everything was getting done properly. Wilmer and Ray did the actual work and they were great. They were always on time, and were pleasant to be around. I have two young daughters who are usually very shy around new people, but they loved chatting it up with Ray when they saw him. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and was happy after it was completed. I would highly recommend using true restorations!"

"True Restoration recently handled a flood issue in my mother’s basement. Her insurance company initially balked at paying the claim, but with the help of Dave advocating on her behalf, she was able to get the coverage she deserved. After the initial clean up, the job was passed to Steve in the construction division who coordinated all the repairs. They work with an excellent plumber, Mike , from All Shore Plumbing and they coordinate everything with them. My mother now has a beautiful new bathroom thanks to True Restoration. A shout out to Vinny, the owner, as well. True Restoration is a very professional company with excellent communication with their clients. I couldn’t be happier."
