"Marcor is amazing. I highly recommend Marcor for the professional team of caring workers. Tom came and not only checked the roof, he checked the siding. Pictures were taken. Gary and Tom came the next day and we went over all the work that needed to be done. A few days later work began and Patrick Higgins, the project manager went over all the work from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up - all debris taken away. I now have a new roof, new siding, gutters and solar panels back in place. Soon a new garage door to finish the renovations. "I am currently in the process of switching over to Solar and I wanted to get my roof done because it's been 30+ years since the last time it was done and they had recommended I go with Marcor and I am so glad they did!! When I told the solar company I wanted to replace the roof within days I got a call from Marcor who wanted some info on my home so they could get an idea of what they would be working with. I had sent them some images I took with my drone and they were appreciative because it helped them plan out what I was going to need and soon after that they sent me over a quote to which I agreed on and within days I had an appointment scheduled. On the day of the install, the team got here around 7:30 am, which is saying a lot considering they had to come all the way from Long Island to Staten Island where I live, so props to them for that. Once here I met the project manager for this job, Patrick Higgins. He was super professional, went over everything with me and answered any questions I might've had. During the install it was determined that the plywood on my roof was rotting away and that we would need to replace them. This was not something I wanted to hear mainly due to the increase in price for the job, but Patrick was up front with me and explained everything to me. I even spoke with the owner of the company about possibly picking up plywood from Home Depot to cut back on cost and they assured me that the plywood I was getting was top quality and better than what I could get at home depot, so I agreed and within 45 min the plywood was at my home and the crew was back at it pulling off all the old plywood and installing the new one and once they were done with that, on went the new shingles. When the roof was done the install team did such an incredible job cleaning up around my home that you would have never guessed that I just had a new roof put on. Even Patrick was walking around with a magnet picking up loose nails and what not, and he not only did this for my property but my neighbor's house as well in case anything made its way over to their property. All in all I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their roof with a new one."
