"Will Reluzco is a respectable honest professional who stands by his word, which if you've ever had to work with contractors is a rarity. He may be expensive but his crews are top notch and fast, often times the quoted price addresses and includes a lot of what would otherwise be considered hidden costs, these are reflected in the total, I learned this the hard way when I first went with a different company who put in a low bid only to find out there were a ton of costs not included in their quote. Willie has always done jobs the right way, licensed, permits, workers comp, schedules inspections, will refer to specialists as needed and is very transparent, straight forward, sticks to schedules, and provides updates with progress. I have recommended Reluzco contracting for a number of successful projects and everyone says the same thing "Willie did a great job, they got the job done the right way, no cutting corners, were fast, and it came out great, a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for" word of mouth as a referral is the best compliment I can offer. I'd recommend Willie for larger projects."

"I would not recommend this company. The owner Will Reluzco promised to provide flashing, and when the job was done there was no flashing. He promised ice shield around the whole perimeter and when the job was done, I looked under the shingles and there was none!!! He lied to me saying he would tare it up and put the ice shield-he did not. He used improper fasteners under the flat roof section. He showed up early to be paid, and was aggressive over the flashing issue. I attempted to stop payment when I discovered the ice shield was missing(it was in the contract) but it was too late he had cashed my check immediately."
