ProBuilt Home Renovations, LLC. performed a reno of my kitchen & dining area, living room, office/sunroom, full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. There's nothing "Pro" about the work that Lou provides and if he says 'quality' replace it with 'ho-hum' as there will definitely be shoddy workmanship that will have you thinking what else might be wrong when all is said & done. Floors in a carnival funhouse are more level than the work that Lou provided in replacing my kitchen floor. The amount of spackle and caulk used to correct other mistakes throughout the reno the 3rd, 4th or 5th time around would make you think he has stock in those companies. You can expect excuses and poor reasons as to why the work turned out the way it has. If you get quotes from multiple GC's, the cheapest option available will most likely provide the same services ProBuilt Home Renovations, LLC. provides (maybe better, who knows!) Is Lou a nice guy? Yes, no qualms there... but there is no way that I could ever recommend his services to anyone. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and money and look elsewhere."
