"We hired Ben's Property Improvements to install a 5ft black vinyl coated fence with a 5ft gate off the back of our house for our dogs. Perimeter of the fence was 219ft with a tension wire to keep the dogs from getting out. The wife and I are very impressed with Ben's craft, he was very professional. From the estimate to the last day of the project, Ben was outstanding. Always kept us informed on what was going on, attention to detail was amazing. Very polite as he always asked us how our day was going and easily could carry on a conversation about anything with him. Property was left each day picked up and at the end of the project he went through with a magnet to pick up any metal shaving and clips. Even went through with black spray paint to touch up any scratches on the posts. The little things make a big impression in my eyes. Overall, we are very impressed with Ben's skills and would definitely recommend him for your fence installation. Thank you Ben!"

"Ben's Property Improvements comes highly recommended and with good reason. Ben does an amazing job with great attention to detail. He installed a fence around the back of our property and it is solid, well made, and very professional looking. Ben is very particular and tidy and leaves the property neat and tidy once he's done. Considering it was the dead of winter and the weather didn't cooperate very much, work was carried out in December 2019 as the weather allowed and the end result is a beautiful fence and gate with sturdy hardware and latches. just tell him what you want and trust him to do the rest. You won't be disappointed. This is a genuine review from a satisfied customer!"
