With a rich background in various construction roles, Mike has laid the foundation for our company’s long-term success.
Our team of experts includes Norb, who joined us as a carpenter in 1986 and now serves as our VP of Operations, ensuring seamless communication between field crews and office staff. Andy, our Chief Estimator since 1983, has secured over $1.5 billion in construction contracts through his expertise in bidding and value engineering. Vince, who joined us in 2012, drives our corporate sales strategies and marketing initiatives, fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners. Continuing the family legacy, Matt, named company President in 2010, oversees every aspect of our operations, from project management to safety and quality control.

"The team at concept billed us for construction of a building we own, we've discussed this for approximately about two weeks. We've met twice and they sent us a bill for $4800.00 for services that they haven't even provided. It was merely a contract with no proof of hours with their employees. Very scary tactic and and sneaky fees. Avoid as much as you can or do your research first."
"Total rip-off we hired this company for quote for new construction paid $4000 as good faith but in return they promised detailed breakdown of the construction with contractor and all we got is final amount and asking for more money and demanding commitment for construction by them. stay away and don't pay any up front fees, instead ask for free quote if they want the work they should give you quote for comparison."
