"Naples did a tear-off and new roof in 2016 on our old Buffalo house. Their price was significantly better than the other 3-5 quotes we got. They did the job as promised. In 2020 we had a problem with the drip shield on one side of the house. I called Naples, sent pictures, was ready to argue my case, but it was totally not necessary. They called back and within a few days they sent someone to fix it, no debates."
