"If I could go back in time, I never would have went with BYOH or anything that involves the Oot name. It has been a nightmare getting them to fix issues from construction. First off the tile install was horrrific. Terrible grout job and uneven tile. Not to mention, they installed the tile rotated 180 degrees from what it was supposed to be. They just kept telling us they would send someone out to fix it. Well, it’s been four years, and multiple visits but nothing has been done. Simple things such as screens that were damaged during install. Multiple visits on these as well. They kept telling us they were in the warehouse but they had to find them. Well, you guessed it, four years and no fix. I would look elsewhere if you plan on building"

Spends more time finding and leveraging loopholes in construction law and demanding money than building new homes well and timely. Knock on any door in Treybrook in Baldwinsville and ask them how their build went with Tom and Brandon. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH OOT OR BYOH!"
