"My house needed a new roof, (which had a small leak) causing a water spot in the living room ceiling. Glen Z & Gary D assured me HomePro First would be able to repair/fix any leaks with the complete installation of a new roof done in September (2021). But the leak in the living room ceiling continued. Not only did various repair attempts by HomePro First crews fail; the leak saturation spread causing a large section of ceiling & insulation to collapse, leaving a large gaping hole in the living room. Both roof and ceiling are still in dire need of repair as of June (2024). Gary D (owner/partner) got involved personally to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, after empty promises, failed excuses and another winter with a gaping hole in the living room ceiling, I took HomePro 1st to Small Claims Court. The Court ruled in my favor awarding a $5,000 judgement in (January 2024). Neither Gary D nor Glen Z have made any effort to arrange payments of any sort/amount. I have escalated the matter (April 2024) by filing with the Onondaga County Clerk's Records Office. UPDATE: (June 21, 2024) Neither of the owner/partners Gary nor Glen have NOT contacted me with a plan to resolve this on-going issue of the awarded Court Judgement Payment. My advice to those searching or selecting a reliable, trustworthy Roofing Contractor for a new roof installation, repairs or leaks: *BUYER BEWARE* HOMEPRO FIRST CONTRACTORS ARE NOT RELIABLE / DEPENDABLE / TRUSTWORTHY PROFESSIONALS. *(View review/photos on Yelp, Google, Birds Eye, Angi, BBB)"
