"They refused to sit down and actually discuss my financial aid. They just kept dismissing me while I stood in the lobby holding my laptop showing them my account. It wasn't until after more back and forth with the second person called over to the lobby did they realize there was, in fact, an issue with my financial aid. The exact thing I came to them with. After all that, they referred me to someone at a separate office (of course) that wouldn't be in until next week. What is the point of the building if they just argue with you trying to get you to leave. Like I need help with financial aid lol where else would I go?"
"When you email them, they refuse to email you back. In the event that you’re lucky and they do email you back, they’re short and rude. Same thing over the phone. The rudeness is whatever, but not being able to get answers to questions is an issue. If you don’t like this kind of work or helping students, you should probably find a new job."
