"My husband spoke to the salesman and chose all the details while I was at work, so I can’t review those experiences, however, I can say the install was top notch and professionally executed. Roman arrived and immediately got to work. He removed the old tub, and installed the new with such efficiency. He was personable and kind the entire time he was in my home. The weather caused an issue and required Roman to have to return the next day to complete the job. He was very apologetic but it wasn’t his fault that nature caused an issue. We are very pleased with the end product! Thank you Roman!!"

"Positive aspects: The salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while we figured out what we wanted. He walked us through the options and there was never any pressure to buy. Installation was quick (but there were some issues, see below). The tub and shower look amazing. Negative aspects: An incorrect shower head was installed and 2 of the 3 shelves were not the correct color, so they had to return a week later to replace the shower head and put in the two additional shelves. Not a huge issue, but I did have to take additional time off from work that I wasn't anticipating. Also, the installers damaged my wall (see attached pictures). The gouge is about the size of a half dollar. Finally, the walls and ceiling installed are beautiful and sturdy...but the tub not so much. The tub is made of very cheap and thin plastic material. The support under the tub is inconsistent. When we stand in the shower it's like we can feel the floor joist underneath in some areas, and it sinks down between the joists in other areas. We were expecting a better quality tub made from thicker material, not very thin plastic. Overall, it was certainly not worth the price we paid."

"This company is top notch! We've been wanting to swith out our tub for a walk in shower for quite some time. We got a couple estimates based on Google reviews, and our third estimate was from Bath Fitter. We met with Spencer first, who explained everything to us, helped us build our shower as we wanted it. He was very personable and knowledgeable. When he gave us the estimate, we were blown away at the price. It was much lower than expected, and the lifetime warranty was a very attractive part of the deal. Spencer gave us a moment to talk alone, and was not pushy at all, but we already knew we were going to accept the estimate. We were then connected with Kelly who was very professional and worked with us on the installation date. She was very friendly and bubbly which was a nice change from some you speak to on the phone. We were promised an 8:00 start time, and Even, and Alex, I hope I have both their names correctly, showed up at 7:56 ready to work. They were both friendly from the start, explaining everything they were going to do. They laid down tarps so not to scratch our wood floors, and were very professional the entire time they were here. I couldn't believe how quickly the professional install was done! They finished by 2:30, and cleaned everything up like new. All had to do was run a mop to clean the dust. They explained everything on how to use and clean the shower and went over the warranty once again. This company was wonderful from start to finish. I will surely recommend them to friends and relatives. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Bath Fitter. We absolutely love our new shower!"

"I had met with a different company before my nephew suggested I call Bath Fitter for an estimate. Right from the beginning this company was wonderful. Kelly was easy to work with and very flexible with the scheduling. I first met with Spencer. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He assisted me in picking out all of the features I wanted. Many of the upgrades were included in the price, so it wasn't going to cost me any more. They were doing a tub to walk-in shower conversion. Tom arrived first and explained what was going to happen. When Matt arrived the second member of the installation team, they started to break up and remove the cast iron tub. From there they continued to install the new shower. Tom kept me updated on the process and made sure everything was installed where I wanted. They had to move my towel bars over to fit the unit in, so he cut the towel bar and reinstalled it for me. They cleaned the area completely and made sure everything was correct and back in place. The installation team was very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. They completed the job in less than six hours, which was awesome!! I would highly recommend them!!"
