CNY Complete Contracting, LLC

"I hired CNY Complete Contracting to install fascia and soffit for my home. Initially, their work seemed satisfactory, and I was pleased with the results. However, an issue arose shortly after the installation. Over the past two months, I have called their office multiple times, seeking a resolution. Despite being given specific dates and times for a follow-up visit, the company has repeatedly failed to show up as promised. The lack of follow-through and reliability is incredibly disappointing. I am still waiting for them to address the problem, and their unresponsiveness has been frustrating. While the initial work was good, their poor customer service and failure to honor commitments have left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend them based on this experience. EDIT: After posting this review, Adam and the crew came right out to fix the issue. I really appreciated them solving the problem, however I am still disappointed it took me going through this outlet for the issue to be resolved. I have updated my review from 2 stars to 3 stars."

"Paige, and Adam were excellent to work with. Paige had Adam come right over when I said roof was leaking. I had called several others on a list, who either never responded, to my voice mails, or responded days later. Most importantly, Adam was very knowledgeable, and after spotting the stains on my second floor ceiling, knew exactly what had caused it. I was very happy with the job, Joe, (Adam's crew cheif), did, and cleanup. It's important to mention that they got right in and efficiently finished the job, before the rain came again the next day. I was very happy with their services, and would definitely use them again."
