Masonry Contractor - Joshua Cleveland

"This job involved several miscommunications including incorrect placement of a cement pad on the streetside of my house. I paid the contractor to correct it with a second pour since I had not insisted that placement details (position, height, width, length, color) were included on the contract I signed. An approximate completion date was not on the contract. Payment was demanded mid-August before sealing and it was never completed by June the following Spring, at which point I did not want this company back. Debris removal was also not on the contract and I was asked if the debris could be left - I thought for later pickup that never happened."
