"I was a camper here at Evergreen for 6 years, and I've been a staff for 2 years at this point. This camp has made me the person I am, and I am very appreciative of all the hard work my counselors put into their jobs so I could have an amazing experience. I have made so many friends here and made lots of great connections with the staff. I hope to be the best counselor for the future generation, and hope to see everyone (and some new people!) next year for another amazing summer!"
"I noticed most of the reviews are from several years ago. Which should be a concern as this camp strongly indicates that they are inclusive, but that is not true. They do not have the skillset or the staff to be inclusive. We were told by the director that they would try a number of strategies to help, but there was not evidence of this. It was all lipservice. If you have a child that is not mainstream, do not pay the money for this camp."

If you attend Camp Iroquois, I can assure you that you will have the experience of a lifetime, especially as you return summer after summer, and then hope to continue your journey as staff. "As an employee assistant, I can't say enough about the wonderfully talented and enthusiastic people who bring this experience together for the children. There is plenty to keep the kids engaged and having fun, with safety being a primary concern. There's swimming, arts, photography, horse back riding, games, canoeing and kayaking and so much more. Your children will thoroughly enjoy the experience!"
