"I have to share my experience. My daughter came from Lakewood to Monsey from my X. It was a miscommunication about the timing & the driver had to wait over 45 minutes. He did not want to take any money. I'm feeling so confident and comfortable to send my small little kids. Because they are responsible drivers. And by the way, They are fantastic with their time messaging. To keep in mind about shabbas and Yom Tov. Also, they will never leave a customer behind. Even for one person they will go all the way. Even when they are losing money"

"This company is something. They don’t post details of timing. Theres a barely audible message saying the timing which changes periodically. The fact that they have the monopoly should be contested in court. There are hundreds of yeshivah kids in need of transportation and this is a primitive, extremely expensive, inefficient way. My niece used to come home weekly and often they just turned her away because they couldn’t be bothered getting another van. It’s a van. Something needs to change. Oh and the driver was apathetic and rude when my sister had luggage. Charged $10 extra. to hold a small travel bag on her lap!!!! Had he just spoken nicely it would have made all the difference. Also, the location of pick up is dangerous I don’t know how the town of ramapo allows this traffic chaos."

"They get the job done. Drivers are fine usually, sometimes a little rude, but that's chassidim In general. Runs very punctually which is great. They upped the price during covid, and didn't mention it, which is whatever."

"Squishing women in the back of the bus is not only disgusting and sexist, but probably illegal. Could not believe the way the driver with the long beard spoke and acted toward his passengers. Huge chillel Hashem"
