"As you can see by the photos most of my work is off the beaten path,and that my truck is longer than most. It’s extremely expensive to buy the type of tires that I depend on to get me and the equipment I use to and from the job site. So alignments are needed frequently, I can’t afford to neglect a $1300.00 set of tires. It’s also extremely difficult to find a reliable shop that has a rack that my truck can fit on to do a proper alignment and one who has immediate availability. They don’t exist! I called Otego tire and asked for the earliest appointment they had,and like any reputable shop their soonest wasn’t for about a week out. I explained my dire situation and the woman told me to hold for a moment. I wasn’t expecting for her to come back on the phone and tell me to bring my truck in the following morning. God bless the good folks at Otego Tire, not only did they get my truck in ASAP, the bill was half of what I thought it would be. I’m definitely sending more work their way, they’ve earned it!"
