"horrible service from the ladies in the office. charged 200$ to fix furnace....which wasn't really fixed. Called and called to leave messages for owners (who they said I had to call) to ask them to have someone come back out to fix it before I paid it and never got a call back. They sent me a notice saying if I didn't pay they would send to collection...just ended up paying bill after I had another company come out to fix it...they said the owners would argue they had to charge that for the service call even though he noted that they didn't fix the problem correctly."
