"My daughter was tested for covid and strep and sent home w the diagnosis of “virus”. Two days later she tested positive for mycotoxin pneumonia infection. Our pediatrician said it was rampant- she missed 2 days of being on an antibiotic which could’ve made a huge difference. Will not be coming back."

"On Saturday I went to Urgent Care because of severe pain which I assumed was urinary tract infection. they took a urine sample and the physician assistant said "you do not have urinary tract infection" I asked if he could prescribe antibiotics just incase the test was wrong. He said, "no ,you do not need antibiotics , you do not have urinary tract infection." I asked, "are you sure, can I have antiobiotics as a safe guard?" He said "no, you do not have an infection so there is no need for antibiotics" Five days later,. I get a phone call "You 'have a urinary tract infection, we called your prescription in for antibiotics." I said "WHAT! I was told I dont have an infection." They said, "Oh well, this is a more thorough test than the first one" Give a me a break! Thank you for putting my health at risk by not prescribing antibiotics and giving an inadequate test at your site. The portal to access results was impossible to log onto. The staff was nice but the diagnosis inadequate, and put my health at risk."

"Predatory billing practices, rude associates, charged me $295 for a covid test I didn't want. (And that's after paying $300 for the visit) When I called to ask why this happened, they gave me the run-around and blamed the billing department, who blamed the labs billing department, who blamed the physician. Everyone except for the last woman I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. They're not there to help you, they're there to make a quick buck because someone bought a popup store in bridgehampton and is overbilling insurance companies and self-pays. Go somewhere else if you want actual treatment. Icing on the cake, the "allergies/cold" I was diagnosed with turned out to be bronchitis. Thanks for nothing, and you're welcome for the money"

They were WONDERFUL…everyone…the doctor nurse and office staff were efficient and kind. We were out in less than 10 minutes and felt totally taken care of."
