"Get Moving USA brought the wrong pieces on our initial delivery date, wasting our time on the first scheduled delivery day and inconveniencing my husband to have to schedule and wait around for a second delivery. The movers did not call ahead to let us know when to expect them when they came back and demanded an additional $125 as a "walkup fee" since the sofa didn't fit in the elevator. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying $600 for movers, the expectation is that you deliver the item whether it be by elevator or stairs. Payment is cash or Venmo only, presumably so you have no recourse with a credit card chargeback when they conduct their shady business. Do business with literally anyone else."
