"I brought my car last year in June because it was jerking and stalling. They told me it needed a brand new catalytic converter which cost me $2000. under a year The check engine light came back on. The car started jerking and stalling again. $500 later He gives me my car back. Less than a week the light comes back on. I bring it back. He says they cleared out of the seven codes. If he knew there were seven codes two weeks ago, why give me back my car? What an inconvenience to have to bring it back. My family has always brought our cars to Joes for multiple years with multiple cars. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. Also, my inspection sticker was expired, and they did not mention it at all when I picked up my car."
"Went for an inspection scheduled it for the next day and was in and out in 30min, would've probably been even quicker but that's because my truck is alittle too big for their lift. I'd definitely recommend them"
"100% recommend this shop. They are so friendly, professional, and fast. My heat shield was damaged from the snow and they took me right in when I showed up. They fixed it and also let me know I was behind on getting my oil changed. The service was fast and the prices are extremely reasonable. These guys are my go to, you don’t find a lot of shops that provide quality work and great pricing."
