"I am very grateful with the way Scott at Scotsman handled the repaired of a rusted rear bumper on my 2012 Dodge Ram. After a minor collision in 2017 I needed my rear bumper replaced. Scotsman took care of the issue at the time and now in 2023, 6 years later, honored a full replacement due to a known factory issue with rust. The rear bumper and brackets were replaced and the bumper was painted. Thank you Scotsman for your Professional Service which was done in a very timely fashion!"

The girl even came out from behind the counter to hug me. So when I say they are a business that cares, they really do!
