"$50 in "premium service" and almost an hour's wait, and they didn't bother to wipe the pollen off the surfaces, wipe down the doors, visors or vacuum the corners...getting into the car after waiting so long and spending so much and seeing so much visible dirt still left behind was so aggravating and deflating, and it's happened too many times. Won't be coming back"
"Brought my truck to get cleaned not only did they not clean it. They damaged my truck! Truck sat for 40 minutes in direct sunlight and has water spots all over it. They tell me the truck is done there’s still bugs and dirt all over the front bumper. Windows with hand marks that were there before. Hopefully the owner makes this right on this review will stay"
"Awful car wash. Slowest bunch of people on earth work here. 45 min and car barely even touched. Told worker get out of my car, was going to be late for an appointment. Could have hand washed and vacuumed faster than this place. What an embarrassment. People complain about Eager Beaver, which has gone downhill a bit, but still light years ahead of this place. Total rip off. One and done, never again. Oh their free air freshener smelled horrific, threw it straight in the garbage."
"Came in today to get my car washed. Wasn’t too busy and the kid who did my car did a phenomenal job. Was absolutely spotless and felt brand new again. Whole process took about 30 minutes, which isn’t bad at all. Good things take time and I’m glad I came."
"2024 Toyota Grand highlander just received a $45.99 magic service and now has chips, two. As you can see no scratches or marks just chips. That doesn't happen. I just saw other reviews after I posted my review. Wow, so many bad reviews. I say we all go out in front with signs."
