We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a fee of 20% of the service cost, with same-day cancellations incurring a 25% charge. EMD reserves the right to adjust bookings due to staff levels, weather, or equipment issues without penalty.

"Absolutely amazing work and my new go-to spot for detailing. The owner is kind and profoundly professional. He managed to book me for the same weekend I called and originally I chose the silver package with headlight restoration. He took a look at my car and said I don't need it, rather I need to change out my bulbs (told me the brand name and everything). He took it out of the invoice and even cleaned my chair covers and neatly put them in my trunk. I don't know much about cars and he could have easily charged me for a service I didn't need. For that, he has a customer for life."
