"I parked at Liberty Parking garage but unfortunately I lost my ticket. When I came to the garage at 1am in the morning there was a telephone number for customers to call for help I called the number for assistance and a lady answered and said she will be at the garage in 10 mins. We waited for a total of 2 hours and no one came to help us. When we called her back she said the garage was too far from her and she cant get to the garage. Based on what she told me she was les than a mile away With no recourse I was left to find my way home. Whatever you do, do not park at this garage. They provide the absolute worse service. They ware untruthful and lack integrity. If there was a life a death situation in the garage in that moment, it would not have ended well. Consider this rating a minus 1 million and 10 billion thumbs down"
"Switched over from SP+ Parking and the pay online feature no longer exists with no plans to add it. Very frustrating."
