"Scam - made us pay twice - asked for a refund, manager said it will appear on credit card statement in 7 business days but never did. Went back and politely asked for explanations but very rudely sent me away - stay away. Edit - after 1 month and several additional call we were able to get the money back."

"Terrible parking from LAZ Parking. Take advantage of the residents and charge more. Don’t live here. If you have a choice. Garage was poorly built, leaking water and building materials when raining. Tight spots and terrible customer experience. Thank god we moved out."

"Terrible parking lot, security guard up front gives you no information, or just tells you to look at the board. Thought we could pay for 24 hours upfront and then remove the car in between, but we’re charged each time. Customer service is unintelligible on the phone. Just flat out rip off. They’re going to keep you hostage till they extract something. No grace period at all! If you enter, you’re automatically charged for an hour at least. Most of the spaces are reserved, very few available for visitors. Just park on the street."

"Terrible attitude staff; they never help or answer anything, and only learn how to yell at people. Elevator not working frequently and the other door for stairs are also closed so you have to go around back to find a way in/out (good for ur leg). Tiny spaces which makes me wonder if the lot is designed for toy cars. over pricing for a horrible garage."

"Really Bad parking lot and they take advantage of residents. The parking fee is more than anyone in the neighborhood, but since they are attached to two towers, they keep increasing rates (even during COVID) and adding fees like there is no tomorrow. Service and equipment are subpar and it is a greedy greedy company. I wish there is an alternative or jersey city cares for its residents and controls these greedy businesses."
