"We parked their for a few hoursv and returned very late night for pickup. Everything was smooth without any problems. We found the staff are not super friendly but professional and not rude at all. We were happy with the service and price. Hopefully we will use the service again in future."

"This is concerning your safety: Be careful when you park here. I had found my car to be left unlocked even after I mentioned to the staff who parked my car to make sure to have the car doors locked after the park it for me. Today I requested for the car to be locked after the staff parked and as I walked out of the parking lot, I received a notification that the car is left unlocked. I walked back to request for the car to be locked. The staff was very non cooperative and dismissal and mentioned they will lock it at some point. I decided to use the garage next door after this treatment from the staff disregarding the safety of their customers property."

"I waited for 20 minutes in line for their weird valet service, and finally gave up and tried to leave. There was an even longer line of people trying to leave. There were cars trying to get out of the lot that couldn't and no one was helping. Finally after another 15 minutes I was finally leaving and they wanted to charge me $11 when I never parked. I threatened to call the cops and they finally let me out. Over half an hour of my life that I'll never get back. There's a parking garage about 100 feet down the road, park there instead."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no reason for any worker to be so condescending and rude to customers. The tall black man that worked in the booth at night had no manners, and his tone was very hostile. He expected you to drive in and automatically understand their complicated valet parking system, which was another thing that made me give this place 0 stars. I don’t understand what is the point of getting a ticket from the machine when entering the lot just for them to park your car for you but when you go to pick it up, they just give you the keys and you have to walk around and find it yourself. I would never recommend my friends and family here. As a matter of fact, I told them NOT to go here and park anywhere else."

"UPDATED REVIEW: Now that it's only wallet parking, it takes around 20-30 mins to retrieve your car every time, and you must help them find your keys and check for the cars blocking in front of yours. Plus, they are constantly understaffed. Disappointment. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Paying monthly parking, which IS NOT WALLET PARKING, you should find a spot at anytime supposedly, but most of the time there is no place available, and they are OVERBOOKING the place. Almost every morning I find my car blocked by vans and trucks and have to wait up to 20 min till someone go to find the keys to remove them. It's not worth the $230 monthly for a on-demand spot. GO ELSEWHERE"
