"In less than a year from what I understand they have raised monthly Parking by 29%. This is really outrageous . First 26% then recently 3 % more, ripping the community. They say because of pricing etc and issues. Yet the bathroom are mostly closed, one elevator working, not always someone there, except during the day. Issues with the gates at times. The staff very nice and only so much they can do."

"HORRIBLE. It's such a goddam mess in there. The owner has such a terrible system. He seems nice, but do not respect how he does his job. Kept getting at us and beeping until we got to the right floor. Can't pick just any. If you park somewhere, your wrong. He'll honk at you even more. All of this just did dunder l dinner because the streets are horrible. Can't park ANYWHERE. Just go home!"
