"This parking garage is managed by crooks! Their monthly rates are ridiculous & when you try to get out of your “contract” they try and force you to pay even when you are not parking there anymore. Disgusting way to run a business. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"This people are animals and the supervisor or managers is very unprofessional. My daughter used to parked there( 18 years old) one day she said to the supervisor someone scratched my car, he said show me pictures from before, she showed the pictures, he said ok but how can I know was here and he screamed at my daughter and walked away ( my daughter never told me anything, she said: Dad I was scared and I don’t want to get in trouble…Next day they just canceled her parking space."

"If I could give this place a negative number, I would! Just got off the phone with secretary Jill (this might not be her name she lies about her name) -_- who’s convinced she’s running this whole operation by herself because when I ask to speak with a manager she told me that she is the manager as well! When I accused her of lying she literally said it’s my word against hers! How is this business still standing?! She is a bully, a liar and a mean spirited person. Just calling us to berate us on things that she never even made clear to begin with! Accusing my husband of saying something he never said and when I ask to speak to a manager she never transfers me and says she’s the person in charge, like seriously? Who’s letting her get away with this? She hung up on me twice! And said she’ll contact my co-op board to tell them she’s having problems with me but the thing is the board is aware that she is problematic and apparently people complain about her all the time. I emailed a complaint and I swear that complaint probably goes straight to her and nothing gets done. Do the owners even know she’s ruining their business? She’s a liability and I am so upset at how she’s treating us as new clients. I hope this gets to the right eyes and ears because there’s more to this story that is too much for me to type out right now but I do hope something changes because we live in this neighborhood now and only want to be treated with respect and be provided with the services we pay for, it’s only fair."

"So we didn't end up parking here because an attendant decided it was a part of his job to discourage us from parking their by condescendingly explaining the rates for parking, which maybe he thought we couldn't afford, and then recommending we go elsewhere. As soon as we pulled up we basically got a 95 Thesis on why the parking garage near by would be a much better fit for us."
