"Now they charge $440 and it's not even open 24 hours. It's absurd to pay $440 to not be able to use your vehicle at any time because they close at 11pm. I recommend to the owner that she consider opening it 24 hours a day."

Recently raised rates even higher without informing customers. Posted an inconspicous 8 x 11 notice with super tiny print on the window with the "new rates" which read "add $7".. for what?!?!? Absolute bullsh*t..$27 for 10 hrs in the Bronx??? Next time I'm running late instead of parking here I'll just jump on the highway and drive into midtown where I can find cheaper parking."
