"Pretty mediocre first time at this place. Exterior of car was done pretty well. Paid about $40 for the silver wash and the lava wax. Don’t think they even added the lava wax, which should have made the exterior feel a certain way when I ran my hand over it. Just felt dry metal. The silver includes ‘interior conditioning’ and vacuuming. When I got in my car after they said it was ready, I was met with water drops all over the top half of my driver’s seat, leading me to assume that they rinsed the car off with my door or window open. Not a big deal, I wiped it down. However, there was dirt left on all my floor mats and in the crevices around the seats. Had some coffee stains on the plastic bits of my center console that I had to wipe off myself because they somehow missed those. Didn’t get pictures of the dirt leftover because I was in a hurry and just snapped a few after I cleaned up the leftover mess. The stains themselves weren’t too bad but the point is that they’re right in the open and they clearly just didn’t wipe down that area which is the only area that should be obvious as it is right where the cupholders are. Windshield had towel marks all over it so I had to wipe that off again too. Seats were left dirty as well. Not a pleasant experience, especially for the money. Won’t be returning here."

"This was the Absolute worst experience I paid for a full service detail and didn’t even a basic car wash when I confronted the owner explaining my concerns he immediately charged at me, screaming and hollering that he is busy today and he doesn’t have time to do a detailed car wash. I then proceeded to ask him for a refund. He asked me to come back the next day, and he will give me a car wash the thing is, I am leaving out of town for the next three weeks. When I try to explain that to me, he told me I was lying and I was just looking for A free ticket out at this point I will explain to him that if I don’t receive my money back or the car washed properly, I would have no choice but To go to authorities, he asked to see my receipt. I showed it to him where he tried to snatch it out my hands to the point where this receipt ripped I explained to him that you see what your eyes not your hands, and this receipt was the only proof I had of payments, so unfortunately, I could not let him have it . he than took money out of his pocket and threw it on the driver seat, and told me to not ever return to his business, which was fine with me, considering the fact I felt unsafe. as I went back into the main office to grab my belongings and The people I came with the owner decided to get in my vehicle and pull off onto Teaneck Road, without any consent or authorization from me. In all honesty, they don’t ever have to worry about me, stepping foot in this place again. And if you do decide to get your car washed here, just make sure that what you paid for was done before Making payment"
