"So disappointed to find my ashtray with at least 8.00 in quarters missing. The quarters were difficult to remove, so they took the whole ashtray. I realize they are not responsible for items left in vehicle and I should not have left it in there, but I've been going there for years, always buy an expensive Armorall wash and I tip very well. So be warned, do not leave anything of value when doing business here. I'll never go back and will notify my neighbors in Woodlawn who also do business here."

"I always go here to get my car detailed. There’s usually never an issue sometimes I have to just point out a few things that didn’t get vacuumed but underneath the baby’s seat. Today when I went they used dirty rags that smelled like they were left laying around wet. Carwash’ should have clean rags and should use new rags on every car when they detail the interior. I brought it to their attention and they tried to fix it by spraying air freshener in the car and the smell was still really strong of the wet rags. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again and hopefully the owner takes into consideration that there needs to be more rags available for workers to use on different cars especially in the summer months."

"Been coming here for years. I came today for oil change and car wash. After oil change I went for car was was they always have a separate line so u don’t have to wait. The guy in front of me got his car wash. They had me waiting 20-30 min attending every car. People that were there after me. Spoke to manager his excuses was everyone out to lunch. Didn’t even speak English smh. Lost a customer"

"I was there to have the loaner car from Enterprise cleaned before I returned it. I got the premium wash service which included cleaning all interior and exterior surfaces. I felt the windows could have been done better. All and all, I was pleased with the end result. The place is clean and well maintained and stocked with a host cleaning products and accessories for your car. I will bring my car here when it's time to tidy it up."

"This business messed up my BMW. On Sunday 8/11/19, I took my car to get a normal oil change for my BMW. While there I asked them if they do Brake Fluid as well and the technician said no and even asked a coworker and they confirmed that they do not. So what I did on Tuesday 8/13/19, was schedule an appointment with BMW on Wednesday, 8/14/19 morning to put Brake fluid into my car. That Wednesday morning when I turned my car on a Vehicle Check, and Drivetrain Malfunction Check light came on. So instead of going into work first, i Called BMW to see if I can come in earlier and they said yes. While driving there, a 3rd light came on which was a Engine Oil Pressure, stop carefully light came on. After 2 days of diagnostic review, BMW contacted me and according to them, the reason all of those lights came on suddenly because the car has less than a quart of Oil, when it holds 5 quarts. From their diagnosis, the Technician from Bronx River Lube did replace the o-ring on the oil filter which created a massive leak which led to the lights coming on in the car. BMW also stated, that my engine could possibly be damaged because so much oil was not in the car and the engine could of burned out. I called the manager at Bronx River Lube and he refuses to cover the cost of the labor and the new oil and filter that BMW had to do put in, in order to stop leak. He told me I should of brought the car back to them if there was a issue, and I told the manager, why would i bring something that seemed as a mechanical issue to a Lube place. He starts mentioning a warranty in their receipts, but I asked him, are you guys mechanics, he said no; therefore, if i am not a mechanic, and if I assume it is a mechanical issue, I am going to bring to a mechanic that I feel comfortable with to see what the issue is. I was not aware of what the problem was until BMW looked at it. His solution, which is absurd, is that he can give me complimentary OIL change on my next visit. I told him, why would I bring my car back to you guys after you caused the problem. Your guys are incompetent, even more that your own staff does not know they provide brake fluid changes according to him. Moreover, my lawyer is getting involved. See the pictures from BMW, oil all over the engine and leaking out, and you can also see from my landlords driveway, because after BMW told me about it, I retraced my steps, and saw this big stain."
