"The car wash is always clean and the staff is nice. I just wish they would take more time with vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the car. Because the car wash is always busy they rush to get to each customer which leads to being short changed with the detailing especially if you pay for the detailing service."
"Very disappointed because I got the most expensive service worth $80. They were supposed to clean and make the interior clean and shiny. It is even described as “clean the hard to reach places”. Unfortunately, they missed a lot of spots and the interior isn’t shiny. I had way better service when I had the $50 one and the interior was super shiny with the $50 service. I asked the clerk to just charge me with the $50 service, but she said that the manager is not there and she can’t make that decision. I didn’t want to deal with the cleaners and complain to their face so I just left."
