"DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! Horrible old run down and smells like urine and cigarette ashes. This garage is actually much more worse than the City Center parking garage. Every time I came here since last year, it was atrocious. Unacceptable condition. To be honest, if I could rate 0 stars for this parking structure, I would do so without a doubt. Maybe this garage should be demolished soon. Not recommended one bit. You know what? In fact, this is actually the worst ever garage in White Plains. Just please avoid this dumpster if you can."

"They need to have this garage open , so people can pay for their parking permits. The place in the galleria closes at 2:30, way before people get off work. This is annoying and crazy"
