"Fantastic customer service! Received the platinum wash. Initially noted that the interior wasn't wiped down as there were still crumbs and such around. I notified the staff and they happily did a second go around the car. Both the exterior and interior were cleaned perfectly when I left. Car looked better than when we picked it up from the dealership. Everyone from start to finish was very helpful at this car service. Will be back."
"Paid about $40 for the platinum wash which is the highest level wash. The exterior was ok but inside was not at all. As you can see in the pictures, they didn’t vacuum well at all. Also, the door jams are not wiped down. The last picture is the tailgate and you can see that they at least opened it and wiped slightly on one portion which was cleaner than the rest which was not wiped down at all. The car should not look like this after a $40 wash. By the time you get to your car and find it in this condition , there are cars pulled up behind yours and the staff is working on the others. No way for them to correct the issue. Try a different car wash if you want your money’s worth."
"For almost $37 you would think the car wash has some dignity to make sure your car is clean. When you paying for a service, you expect nothing but the best but you don’t receive that is dirt still all in my vehicle that I had to go behind the people that worked there and clean my vehicle myself unacceptable It’s my third time there and I’m still unhappy. I will not be going back to this car wash very unhappy."
"I am traveling out of town and found this Jiffy Lube location because I was in dire need of an oil change. I jumped out of the car and they had a small waiting room for me. It took about 15 minutes to get my oil changed and what could I ask for. I would definitely use this service again. Maybe next time get a car wash too."
"Very disappointed. paid $53.00 Wanted to get a nice wash and get an express detail. I didn’t expect perfection but wanted a clean car. I left with smudges all over the outside and the inside was still dirty. The trim was left with dried snow and it was just so disappointing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Just overall disappointing. Felt like it was just rushed."
